Experience daily meditation with an international community of practitioners live and for free.

We believe meditation can change your life and transform the world. Our guided meditations are live and open to all, regardless of experience or financial ability. We offer body-based meditation from a diverse group of teachers of various ethnic backgrounds, healing traditions, and lived experiences to enrich a collective space of embodiment.

Everyone is welcome to practice with us, with or without the ability to contribute.

Our Mission

We believe ongoing meditation can transform a person’s life and their world. To be part of a community, sangha, can be a deeply fulfilling experience. But these communities have also been sources of pain, trauma and abuse.

Meditation has often been appropriated from indigenous culture to serve and perpetuate white-centered circles of wealth. Spiritual centers have created a history of harm in perpetuating dynamics of privilege and oppression. These inherent power plays marginalize women, people of color, queer, trans and gender non-conforming folks, people with disabilities and those with limited access to the cultural cues and financial resources that come with class privilege.

The People’s Meditation was created to give meditation back to the people.

By inviting a multitude of voices to take the teacher’s seat, we can explore the wisdom of meditation while also confronting our biases and dismantling outdated beliefs.
